what kind of blouse is best to wear when you have huge hips?
I am thin, but my hips&butt are still huge and I've tried on different blouses and nothing fiyr tight. What kind of clothes do they make they doesn't cling to your slin like shrinkwrap?
Wear blouses that fall at your waist and don't drape over your thighs.
If you are not comfortable with that, wear oversized tops that are cut on the bias, never straight across (longer on one side, or that have a tail i.e. longer in the back than in the front).
If you have a nice waist, emphasize it.
Nothing should begin or end at thigh level - it will draw attention directly to the place you wish to avoid. Nothing boxy!

Is this a good outfit to wear with these shoes?
It's a big party in the park and my shoes are 4 inch cork wedges with brown straps. I'm wearing denim mid-thigh shorts and a purple-and-white tie-dye tank top. To me it seems very summer-y and I've always loved purple and brown together.
Love it. But I really want your shoes! Haha i think also you should do your hair in a french braid. that would just top it off. I think it'll look great together!!!

Is it okay to wear a sleeveless shirt to an interview at a restaurant?
It's not spaghetti straps or anything. It's a zebra print wrap-style shirt, which I have paired with a black pencil shirt and black flats. I couldn't find my shrug so I was wondering if it would be okay alone.
Also, should I wear my hair up or down? Which is more professional?

Note: It is not strapless--I would never do a tubetop to an interview that would just be stupid.
I do have another dress shirt that has sleeves but it's also black...is wearing all black too...funerary?
Also, I'm not a dude, so I don't think spiking my hair or wearing a tie would be my thing. 
If you have the arms for it, certainly. As for your hair, wear it whichever wasy is generally more flattering (I am guessing down). Neither up or down is more professional.
