why do italians look so different from each other ?
in italy you walk in the street of Venezia and you see sometimes italians that look like arabs / Mediterranean and sometimes you see italians that look nordic with blue eyes and very white skin .
Why do they don't have resemblance between each other ?
Northern Italians tend to have more stereotypical Caucasian features (Ligher skin, colored hair and eyes), while Southern Italians tend to have more darker features. If you look at the Geography of Italy, it is a very long country and has many different climates. The people of the south is warmer because it is closer to the Equator, so they experience more sunlight and developed more melanin to protect them from it. (Melanin is skin pigment or darkness)
